Jonathan Young has an analytical and creative mind that constantly dreams and exercises his imagination. Whether it’s authoring and publishing books through his publishing company: Simply Young Publishing, composing music for piano or orchestra, or developing new software applications by trade as a business analyst, Jonathan strives to bring to life what was once imagination.

With his current work - the Dannie the Dalmatian children’s book series - Jonathan is on a mission to pass along Christian values and principles to the next generation, as these timeless truths reveal God’s plan for how we can have the beautiful and blessed life we all desire – a truly abundant life.
Inspired by the Bible verses, Mark 12:30-31, the young Dalmatian puppy, Dannie, learns where his identity comes from and begins to understand what it means to trust God. Perfect for any reading times: nap, bed, story, or any time in between, Dannie the Dalmatian provides a valuable teaching opportunity of Christian values and principles, while leading children and parents in understanding how these principles and values help create an abundant life.

As a growing leader and detail-oriented Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Jonathan has experience in maturing and maintaining custom, enterprise class ERP/CRM applications, seeing projects through from conceptualization to development to implementation. Having operated within the Waterfall/predictive and Agile/adaptive development methodologies, Jonathan is able to implement his business analysis skills in a wide variety of areas, including: requirements elicitation, management of sprint-based releases, development, testing, training, troubleshooting, data, and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Capable of switching gears and tackling new projects smoothly while maintaining key job functions, Jonathan excels in collaborative teams, providing excellent customer support, and using strong verbal and written communication skills to achieve project success.
